Getting Here
By Car – Hillsborough is easily accessible form the main Belfast to Dublin A1 dual carriageway. The Forest Park is sign posted at the south end of the village. There is free car parking within the Forest Park but be aware there are parking restrictions in the majority of the village.
By Public Transport – Hillsborough is well serviced from Belfast Europa, Lisburn and Banbridge bus stations via Translink (Journey Planner). There are local bus stops at Beechlawn School approximately 200m from the Forest Park entrance.
By Taxi – Hillsborough is approximately 15miles from Belfast City Centre which should be a 20-30 taxi journey.
By Foot – From the Tourist Centre at the top of the town, cross the road and head south down Park Lane, at the bottom turn left along Park Street into the Forest Park car park.
